Standard production: 7–14 days. Each piece is 100% hand-painted by professional artists. Need it faster? Expedited production (3–5 days) is available for a 15% rush fee at checkout. Rush fee applies to production only; transit time is not expedited.
Shipping Time
After dispatch, delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Estimated total delivery: 10–21 business days for standard orders, 6–12 business days for expedited orders. These are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or courier delays.
Shipping Cost
Free shipping to most regions. Door-to-door delivery and full insurance are included. Remote areas may require a surcharge; we will confirm before shipping. Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees may apply depending on your country and are the recipient’s responsibility. We provide customs documents to assist if needed.
Packaging

Custom Orders
Custom paintings are non-refundable after shipping.
To cancel before shipping, contact us within 24 hours. If production has not started, you will receive a full refund. If production has already started, we will deduct any material costs already incurred (we will confirm the amount with you before proceeding).
Hand-painted artworks are original creations. Minor variations in color, brushwork, and detail compared to reference images are normal and not considered defects. We send photos/videos for approval before shipping. Please review carefully. Once you approve the final photos/videos, the artwork enters final packing and shipping. Cancellations after approval but before shipping may incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Non-Custom Artworks
30-Day Money Back Guarantee for ready-to-ship items. This guarantee does not apply to custom paintings.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.
Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Free replacement or full refund if your artwork arrives damaged in transit, or if it significantly differs from the approved proof (wrong size, wrong subject, missing elements).
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the damage, and photos of the outer packaging. Keep the original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- For PayPal and Shop Pay users: refunds may appear within 3 business days.
- For credit/debit cards: 7–15 business days, depending on your bank.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, or within 3 business days of approval if no return is required.
Returns
To start a return, email info@galleryoilart.com with your order number. We will provide the return address and instructions. Please do not ship returns without contacting us first.
Customs & Refused Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal to pay customs duties/taxes, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will refund the artwork price minus shipping costs, or arrange reshipment at the customer’s expense.
EU/UK Customers
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items, in accordance with local consumer protection laws. Custom/personalized items are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal once production has begun.
