The Artwork & Craftsmanship
A poised woman in a dramatic wide-brim hat holds a cocktail at the center of this vertical pop art portrait. Her simplified face, long earrings, and gold-toned jacket stand against a cool blue-gray ground, while the broad hat creates the composition’s most commanding shape. The visible scene feels spirited and stylish without relying on an invented setting, making it a focused accent for living rooms, entryways, lounges, and artful contemporary spaces.
The hand-painted acrylic surface shows raised brushwork across the hat, jacket, and surrounding ground. These dimensional strokes catch light and bring tactile movement to the figure, while the bold, balanced layout remains easy to place with modern, eclectic, or transitional decor.
